Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Madison Highland Prep, Highland Prep, and the Highland Prep West Board of Directors and to the general public that a quorum may result from attendance of Highland Prep’s Showcase of the School and its Programs, located at Highland Prep 15600 W Hearn Rd, Surprise, AZ 85379. The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will end on or before 11:00 a.m. Neither Madison Highland Prep, Highland Prep, nor Highland Prep West’s Boards will meet formally or take any action on any school-related matters.
