NOTICE OF QUORUM

HIGHLAND PREP GOVERNING BOARD
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Highland Prep Board of Directors and to the general public that a quorum may result from attendance and participation in a High School Orientation Night for Highland Prep which will be located at 15600 W. Hearn Road, Surprise 85379 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Highland Prep’s Board will not meet formally, nor will any decisions or actions be taken on behalf of any of the schools.
