NOTICE AND AGENDA OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF HIGHLAND PREP
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Highland Prep’s Governing Board and to the general public that the Highland Prep’s Governing Board will be in attendance at the school Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on July 19th in line with position expectations. School business will not be discussed and there will be no agenda. Members of the public will not be able to address Board members on school business because there is no working agenda other than a celebration. The Board will be a non-voting quorum and may not discuss school business or future action.
After the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, the Governing Board will meet for lunch. There will be no agenda and no school business discussed. All Board business will be forwarded to the next regular meeting of the Governing Board, and posted in accordance with State Law.
